Serving up the best gyoza and Japanese street food this side of Tokyo. We believe street food can be healthy as well as delicious and mix traditional Japanese recipes with our own personal influences in order to create dishes that are colourful, vibrant, tasty and good for you.
Rainbo was the brain child of husband and wife Ben and Xochi and was part of the first wave of London's quality street food movement.
After four years it was time to handover the chopsticks. Having both had an extreme obsession for gyoza since we can remember (including those of Rainbo since the very beginning!) and no longer fulfilled by our 9-5 desk jobs the opportunity to do what we love was impossible to turn down.
Our mission is to spread the word, and the word is DUMPLINGS. Serving up traditional gyoza alongside our highly addictive house pickles and other dishes ranging from our miso yakitori skewers to our Japanese scotch eggs, this is Japanese Soul Food with our own personal stamp.
